Lauren Ash

 Lauren Elizabeth Ash, born on February 4, 1983 is an Canadian actor and comedian based in Los Angeles. She was originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most well-known to the television audience for her performance as Dina Fox in the sitcom Superstore. Ash is also a graduate of the Second City Toronto Mainstage as well as Second City Chicago mainstage. She is also two of the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She is an Canadian Comedy Award recipient for the title of Best Female Improviser twice in 2006 and 2007 and also won the award for Best Performance by a Female Television in 2012 as well as 2015. In 2015 she was nominated in the category of Best Female Performances in Feature Film for her character Carol in Dirty Singles. She is also a part of the prank series "Scare Tactics". Lauren together with Christy Oxborrow, co-hosts "True Crime and Cocktails" her podcast.
